OVERVIEW
Authored a version-one enterprise AI policy establishing human-centered, governed AI adoption. Defined acceptable and prohibited AI use, responsible AI principles, third-party onboarding requirements, and an annual training and attestation program. Built a board-to-business-unit governance framework aligned with NIST AI RMF and FFIEC/FDIC supervisory expectations.
